Bak was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, and the decision was made to end his pain on June 9th after serving proudly for 9 years.
Bak was nearly 11 years old. Bak loved his work, and was responsible for dozens of drug finds and arrests, and the recovery of nearly half of a million dollars in drug money. Bak solved numerous robberies and burglaries by tracking suspects, and also was responsible for finding two separate missing autistic children, and several Alzheimer patients. He had apprehended numerous suspects by his ability to scare them into giving up and preventing them from fighting with officers, and had one physical apprehension to his credit.
Please join us in paying your respects for his service, all are welcome. Full dress uniform is not required, and all K9’s are welcome.
